   <textarea name="description" rows="12" cols="85" wrap="virtual" readonly>Aim1: To determine the changes of the expression level of a mitochondrial protein in brain samples and cholinergic neurons from AD patients-derived iPSCs (induced pluripotent stem cells).                                                                                                                                                                                               Aim2: To determine the impact of the alterations of the mitochondrial protein on axonal mitochondrial movement and docking in cholinergic neurons from from AD patients-derived iPSCs                                                                                                                                                 Aim3: To determine whether this mitochondrial protein is a treatment target to attenuate axonal mitochondrial movement and docking defects and the subsequent synaptic failure in AD. </textarea>
